All gift card balances were checked upon accepting the cards from the sellers. The balance is again checked before shipping to be sure that the balance is accurate.
While we are not responsible for lost or stolen mail, if there is ever an issue with the shipping, give us a call as there are several steps we can take to rectify shipping issues and track down cards. If you want to add confirmation delivery, let us know ahead of time as we normally ship 1st class mail.
Gift card information is kept on file. If you have any issue with your card, contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the information we have on file. We prosecute all attempted fraud.
No returns are accepted on gift cards. All sales final but if you ever have a gift card you decide not to use, visit cashacard.com where we purchase unwanted gift cards and merchandise return cards. You will recieve and instant quote.
