Where do you get your cards
Our cards are unwanted gift and merchandise return cards. We run cashacard.com where we buy cards and some are purchased locally. A few come from other online sounces.

How soon will I get the card
While we can not control the mail, we ship very fast. Our shipments go out 1st class mail usually the same business day or the next.

What if my card balance is incorrect.
I nearly a year of selling giftcards, we have yet to encounter this problem however, our balance is garaunteed for 30 days against theft. We have a system in place to track any unauthorized use of your cards and we will refund your purchase price. We will press charges and persue any crime with the utmost persistance. Please note refunds are not instant. They will be given out after the investigation.

Why is the pin number scratched
A lot of our cards have pin numbers. The only way for us to verify the balance on cards with pins is to reveal the number so we can call in for the balance. This is for your protection because we record all the card information so we can track balance information in case of fraud. Each ad will let you know if there is a pin. Cards without pins usually make better gifts as they look new.
